Welcome at Klaas de Poel. We are the ingredients specialist for craft and industrial bakeries. We supply products such as baking flour, bread improvers, nuts, seeds, currants and raisins.

Currants and raisins are our real passion. We procure the fruits in the country of origin, directly from the source, we have it shipped to The Netherlands and clean it if necessary. Next, we'll transport the ready-to-use goods to your facility.

Nuts, seeds and grains we are able to mix for you, based on your recipe. In bags, boxes, or in big-bags, everything is possible. All our processes are HACCP- and BRC-proof. We're certified for it and of that we're proud.
